§ 81-14-205 — Prohibited soliciting or advertising.

(1)A person may not solicit or advertise to:
(1)(a) find a person to which to make a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(1);
(1)(b) identify a minor child for a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3); or
(1)(c) act as an intermediary in a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3).
(2)A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
