Text
(1)A child custody determination made by a court of this state that had jurisdiction under this chapter binds all persons who have:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) been served in accordance with the laws of this state or notified in accordance with Section 81-11-107; or
(1)(a)(ii) submitted to the jurisdiction of the court; and
(1)(b) been given an opportunity to be heard.
(2)The determination is conclusive as to the persons described in Subsection (1) as to all decided issues of law and fact except to the extent the determination is modified.
