Text
(1)As used in this section, "adoption proceeding" means any proceeding under Chapter 13, Adoption.
(2)This chapter does not govern:
(2)(a) an adoption proceeding; or
(2)(b) a proceeding pertaining to the authorization of emergency medical care for a minor child.
