Text
As used in this part:
(1)"Adult" means an individual who is 18 years old or older.
(2)(2)(a) "Gang activity" means any criminal activity that is conducted as part of an organized youth gang.
(2)(b) "Gang activity" includes any criminal activity that is done in concert with other gang members, or done alone if the criminal activity is to fulfill gang purposes.
(2)(c) "Gang activity" does not include graffiti.
(3)"Minor" means an individual who is:
(3)(a) under 18 years old; or
(3)(b) 18 years old and still attending high school.
(4)(4)(a) "Minor offense" means any unlawful act that is a status offense or an offense that would be a misdemeanor, infraction, or violation of a municipal or county ordinance if committed by an adult.
(4)(b) "Minor offense" does not include:
