§ 80-6-1007 — Fees.

Utah·Title 80 Utah Juvenile Code·Ch. 80-6 Juvenile Justice·Part 80-6-10 Juvenile Records and Expungement

(1)Except for a filing fee for a petition under this part, the juvenile court may not charge a fee for:

(1)(a) an issuance of an expungement order under this part; or

(1)(b) an expungement of a record under this part.

(2)An agency may not charge a fee for the expungement of a record under this part.
