§ 80-5-701 — Youth Parole Authority -- Creation -- Members.

(1)There is created the Youth Parole Authority within the division.

(2)(2)(a) The authority is composed of 10 part-time members and five pro tempore members who are residents of this state.

(2)(b) No more than three pro tempore members may serve on the authority at any one time.
