Text
(1)The division shall provide a sufficient number of case management staff members to provide care, treatment, and supervision for juvenile offenders on parole and for minors committed to the division by the juvenile courts for community-based programs.
(2)(2)(a) Case management staff shall develop treatment programs for each minor in the community, provide appropriate services, and monitor individual progress.
(2)(b) Progress reports shall be filed every three months with:
(2)(b)(i) the juvenile court for each minor committed to the division for community-based programs; and
(2)(b)(ii) the authority for each juvenile offender on parole.
(2)(c) The authority, in the case of juvenile offenders on parole, or the juvenile court, in the case of minors committed to the division for placement
