Text

(1)The division shall develop and finalize a child's child and family plan no more than 45 days after the day on which the child enters the temporary custody of the division.
(2)(2)(a) The division may use an interdisciplinary team approach in developing a child and family plan.
(2)(b) The interdisciplinary team described in Subsection (2)(a) may include representatives from the following fields:
(2)(b)(i) mental health;
(2)(b)(ii) education; or
(2)(b)(iii) if appropriate, law enforcement.
(3)(3)(a) The division shall involve all of the following in the development of a child's child and family plan:
(3)(a)(i) both of the child's parents, unless the whereabouts of a parent are unknown;
(3)(a)(ii) the child;
(3)(a)(iii) the child's foster parents; and
(3)(a)(iv) if appropriate, the child
