Text

(1)There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the "Children's Account."
(2)The account shall be funded by:
(2)(a) appropriations to the account by the Legislature;
(2)(b) revenues received under Section 26B-8-112; and
(2)(c) transfers, grants, gifts, bequests, or any money made available from any source for the abuse and neglect prevention programs described in Section 80-2-503.
(3)The Legislature shall appropriate money in the account to the division.
(4)(4)(a) The director shall consult with the executive director of the department before using the funds in the account as described in this section.
(4)(b) Except as provided in Subsection (5), the account may be used only to implement prevention programs described in Section 80-2-503, and may only be alloc
