Text
(1)In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the division shall make rules:
(1)(a) that establish the process for:
(1)(a)(i) determination of eligibility for services offered by the division in accordance with this chapter and Chapter 2a, Removal and Protective Custody of a Child; and
(1)(a)(ii) approval of fee schedules for programs within the division;
(1)(b) to ensure that private citizens, consumers, foster parents, private contract providers, allied state and local agencies, and others are provided with an opportunity to comment and provide input regarding any new rule or proposed revision of an existing rule;
(1)(c) that provide a mechanism for:
(1)(c)(i) systematic and regular review of existing rules, including an annual review of all division r
