Text

As used in this part:

(1)"Conviction" means:
(1)(a) a verdict or conviction;
(1)(b) a plea of guilty or guilty with a mental condition;
(1)(c) a plea of no contest; or
(1)(d) the acceptance by the court of a plea in abeyance.
(2)"Immediate family" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-106.5.
