Text
As used in this part:
(1)"Ex parte sexual violence protective order" means an order issued without notice to the respondent under this part.
(2)"Protective order" means:
(2)(a) a sexual violence protective order; or
(2)(b) an ex parte sexual violence protective order.
(3)(3)(a) "Sexual violence" means the commission or the attempt to commit:
(3)(a)(i) any sexual offense described in:
(3)(a)(i)(A) Title 76, Chapter 5, Part 4, Sexual Offenses; or
(3)(a)(i)(B) Title 76, Chapter 5b, Part 2, Sexual Exploitation;
(3)(a)(ii) human trafficking for sexual exploitation under Section 76-5-308.1; or
(3)(a)(iii) aggravated human trafficking for forced sexual exploitation under Section 76-5-310.
(3)(b) "Sexual violence" does not include an offense described in:
(3)(b)(i) Section 76-5-417, enticing a
