Text
(1)An employer is immune from civil liability for:
(1)(a) seeking a workplace violence protective order, if the employer acts in good faith in seeking the order; or
(1)(b) failing to seek a workplace violence protective order.
(2)An employer's action or statement made under this part:
(2)(a) is not an admission of any fact; and
(2)(b) may be used for purposes of impeachment.
