Text

(1)In the case of contumacy by or refusal to obey a subpoena issued to any person, the attorney general or a deputy or assistant attorney general or the county attorney or district attorney or the district attorney's deputy may compel compliance with the subpoena through the district court:
(1)(a) in the jurisdiction where the investigation is carried on;
(1)(b) where the subpoenaed person is an inhabitant;
(1)(c) where the subpoenaed person carries on business; or
(1)(d) where the subpoenaed person may be found.
