Text
(1)For a felony, the default amount for a financial condition is:
(1)(a) $25,000 for a first degree felony with a minimum mandatory sentence;
(1)(b) $20,000 for a first degree felony without a minimum mandatory sentence;
(1)(c) $10,000 for a second degree felony; and
(1)(d) $5,000 for a third degree felony.
(2)For a misdemeanor or infraction other than a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is:
(2)(a) $2,000 for a class A misdemeanor;
(2)(b) $700 for a class B misdemeanor;
(2)(c) $350 for a class C misdemeanor; and
(2)(d) $130 for an infraction.
(3)For a violation of a local ordinance, the default amount for a financial condition is:
(3)(a) $150 for a class B violation;
(3)(b) $80 for a class C violation; and
(3)(c) $25 for an infraction.
