Text
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Correctional facility" means:
(1)(a) a county jail;
(1)(b) a secure correctional facility as defined by Section 64-13-1; or
(1)(c) a secure care facility as defined in Section 80-1-102.
(2)"Correctional facility administrator" means:
(2)(a) a county sheriff in charge of a county jail;
(2)(b) a designee of the executive director of the Utah Department of Corrections; or
(2)(c) a designee of the director of the Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services.
(3)"Medical supervision" means under the direction of a licensed physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
(4)"Mental health therapist" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-60-102.
