Text
Notwithstanding Title 78B, Chapter 3a, Venue for Civil Actions, or any other provision of law, a person may bring an action or proceeding under this chapter in the judicial district in which:
(1)the property is seized;
(2)any part of the property is found; or
(3)a civil or criminal action could be maintained against a claimant for the offense subjecting the property to forfeiture under this chapter.
