§ 77-11a-102 — Venue.
Utah·Title 77 Utah Code of Criminal Procedure·Ch. 77-11a Seizure of Property and Contraband·Part 77-11a-1 General Provisions
In addition to Title 78B, Chapter 3a, Venue for Civil Actions, or any other provision of law, a person may bring an action or proceeding under this chapter in the judicial district in which:
(1)the property is seized; or
(2)any part of the property is found.
