Text

(1)Without limiting the authority conferred by Section 75B-2-813, a trustee may:
(1)(a) collect trust property and accept or reject additions to the trust property from a settlor or any other person;
(1)(b) acquire or sell property, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale;
(1)(c) exchange, partition, or otherwise change the character of trust property;
(1)(d) deposit trust money in an account in a regulated financial service institution;
(1)(e) borrow money, with or without security from any financial institution, including a financial institution that is serving as a trustee or one of the financial institution's affiliates, and mortgage or pledge trust property for a period within or extending beyond the duration of the trust;
(1)(f) with respect to an interest in a proprietorsh
