(1)(1)(a) Except to the extent the terms of the trust provide otherwise, a trustee shall keep the qualified beneficiaries of the trust reasonably informed about the administration of the trust and of the material facts necessary for the qualified beneficiaries to protect the qualified beneficiaries' interests.
(1)(b) Unless unreasonable under the circumstances, and unless otherwise provided by the terms of the trust a trustee shall promptly respond to a qualified beneficiary's request for information related to the administration of the trust.
(2)Except to the extent the terms of the trust provide otherwise, a trustee:
