(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Abuser" means a person who is convicted of committing a disqualifying felony offense against a vulnerable adult.
(1)(b) "Dependent adult" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-111.
(1)(c) "Disposition or apportionment of property" means a transfer of an item of property or any other benefit to a beneficiary designated in a governing instrument.
(1)(d) "Disqualifying felony offense" means a felony offense against a vulnerable adult that meets the elements of:
(1)(d)(i) felony financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult, as described in Section 76-5-111.4;
(1)(d)(ii) felony aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult, as described in Section 76-5-111.2;
(1)(d)(iii) felony abuse of a vulnerable adult based on isolation, as described in Subsec
