Text
The division shall:
(1)identify the uses and calculate the economic benefits and costs of the developed water; and
(2)allocate project costs according to the following purposes:
(2)(a) municipal and industrial;
(2)(b) agricultural;
(2)(c) hydropower;
(2)(d) recreation;
(2)(e) fish and wildlife; and
(2)(f) flood control.
