(1)(1)(a) The division shall administer this chapter.
(1)(b) A law enforcement officer authorized under Title 53, Chapter 13, Peace Officer Classifications, may enforce this chapter and the rules made under this chapter.
(2)The division, after notifying the commission, may adopt rules as necessary for the administration of this chapter in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
