Text

(1)The state council shall:
(1)(a) beginning with fiscal year 2027, determine priorities and funding levels of water infrastructure projects for each fiscal year based on the water infrastructure projects ranked by relevant agencies under Section 73-10g-603;
(1)(b) hold public meetings in accordance with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act, and otherwise provide for public input on funding of water infrastructure projects; and
(1)(c) make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, necessary to perform the state council's duties related to:
(1)(c)(i) adopting the unified water infrastructure plan;
(1)(c)(ii) adopting a written prioritization process; and
(1)(c)(iii) prioritizing and setting funding levels for water infrastructure projec
