Text
(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Combustible" means a material capable of producing a usually rapid chemical process that creates heat and usually light.
(1)(b) "Explosive" means any chemical compound mixture, or device, the primary or common purpose of which is to function by explosion.
(1)(c) "Flammable" means a material capable of being easily ignited and burning quickly.
(2)A person may not keep, store, or stockpile any flammable, explosive, or combustible material above ground directly beneath a bridge, overpass, viaduct, or tunnel owned or operated by a highway authority or large public transit district.
(3)A person who violates Subsection (2) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
