§ 72-2-504 — Report.

Utah·Title 72 Transportation Code·Ch. 72-2 Transportation Finances Act·Part 72-2-5 Affordable Housing Infrastructure Grants

(1)On or before September 1 of each year during the life of a project related to a grant awarded by the board, a recipient of grant money under this part shall provide a written report to the board.

(2)The report described in Subsection (1) shall include:

(2)(a) the amount of money provided through the grant;

(2)(b) an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized;

(2)(c) the progress of the project; and

(2)(d) the number of affordable housing units completed or under construction.
