Text

(1)There is created the affordable housing infrastructure grant board consisting of the following members:
(1)(a) the executive director of the department, or the executive director's designee;
(1)(b) the executive director of the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity appointed under Section 63N-1a-302, or the executive director's designee; and
(1)(c) an employee of the governor's office that is an expert or advisor on housing strategy, appointed by the governor.
(2)(2)(a) The Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity shall provide staff support for the board and the grant program.
(2)(b) The Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity may use and the department shall transfer grant funds for the costs of the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity to administer the grant program und
