Text

As used in this part:

(1)"Affordable housing unit" means a dwelling that:
(1)(a) is offered for rent at a rental price affordable to a household with a gross income of no more than 80% of the area median income for the county in which the residential unit is offered for rent; or
(1)(b) is offered for sale to an owner-occupier at a purchase price affordable to a household with a gross income of no more than 120% of the area median income for the county in which the residential unit is offered for sale and is deed restricted for no fewer than five years.
(2)"Board" means the affordable housing infrastructure grant board created in Section 72-2-503.
(3)"Grant" means a grant issued to a public entity in a county of the first class as provided in this part.
