Text
(1)At least annually, a recipient of a grant under this part shall provide a report to the department and the relevant public transit district.
(2)The report described in Subsection (1) shall include:
(2)(a) the amount of money provided through the grant;
(2)(b) an accounting of how the grant money has been utilized;
(2)(c) the type of services provided;
(2)(d) coordination with existing public transit services;
(2)(e) ridership data relevant to the innovative public transit service, including:
(2)(e)(i) the number of riders; and
(2)(e)(ii) whether the ridership or targeted objectives match projections; and
(2)(f) other information as determined by the grant recipient.
(3)The department shall consolidate the reports the department receives under Subsection (1) and, on or before November
