(1)(1)(a) Each day an owner-operator operates an amusement ride for use by the general public, the owner-operator or the owner-operator's designee shall inspect and operate the amusement ride in accordance with this section and rules established under this chapter.
(1)(b) The owner-operator or the owner-operator's designee shall complete the inspection and operation described in Subsection (1)(a):
(1)(b)(i) before the owner-operator begins operation for use by the general public; and
(1)(b)(ii) in accordance with rule made under this chapter.
(2)The owner-operator shall:
(2)(a) make a record of each daily inspection that is signed by the individual who performed the inspection; and
