§ 72-16-204 — Amusement Ride Safety Restricted Account.
Utah·Title 72 Transportation Code·Ch. 72-16 Amusement Ride Safety Act·Part 72-16-2 Utah Amusement Ride Safety Committee
(1)There is created in the General Fund a restricted account known as the "Amusement Ride Safety Restricted Account."
(2)(2)(a) The account is funded from:
(2)(a)(i) fees collected by the committee under this chapter;
(2)(a)(ii) money appropriated by the Legislature; and
(2)(a)(iii) interest earned on money in the account.
(2)(b) Appropriations made from the account are nonlapsing.
(3)Subject to appropriation, the committee may use the money deposited into the account to pay for the administration of this chapter.
