Text

(1)In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, and the provisions of this chapter the committee may make rules:
(1)(a) establishing:
(1)(a)(i) the form of an application and a renewal application for:
(1)(a)(i)(A) a qualified safety inspector certification;
(1)(a)(i)(B) an annual amusement ride permit; and
(1)(a)(i)(C) a multi-ride annual amusement ride permit;
(1)(a)(ii) the procedure to apply for and renew:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) a qualified safety inspector certification;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) an annual amusement ride permit; and
(1)(a)(ii)(C) a multi-ride annual amusement ride permit;
(1)(a)(iii) standards for a daily inspection under Section 72-16-302;
(1)(a)(iv) the form of a report of a reportable serious injury to the director;
(1)(a)(v) the procedure for reporting
