Text
(1)(1)(a) The executive director, subject to approval by the committee, shall hire a director.
(1)(b) The executive director may remove the director at the executive director's will.
(2)The director shall:
(2)(a) be experienced in administration and possess additional qualifications as determined by the committee and the executive director; and
(2)(b) receive compensation in accordance with Title 63A, Chapter 17, Utah State Personnel Management Act.
