§ 72-16-103 — Scope and administration.
Utah·Title 72 Transportation Code·Ch. 72-16 Amusement Ride Safety Act·Part 72-16-1 General Provisions
(1)The provisions of this chapter apply to any amusement ride in the state.
(2)In accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the committee:
(2)(a) shall administer this chapter; and
(2)(b) has jurisdiction over any amusement ride in the state.
