Text
(1)As used in this chapter:
(1)(a) "Donor" means an individual or entity that provides material goods, services, or labor without charge to veterans in accordance with this chapter.
(1)(b) "Recipient" means a veteran as defined in Section 68-3-12.5, or a veteran's dependent spouse and children.
(2)Terms defined in Section 71A-1-101 apply to this chapter.
