(1)(1)(a) There is established the Children's Justice Center Program to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, intergovernmental response to child abuse victims in a facility known as a Children's Justice Center.
(1)(b) The attorney general shall administer the program.
(1)(c) The attorney general shall:
(1)(c)(i) allocate the funds appropriated by a line item pursuant to Section 67-5b-103;
(1)(c)(ii) administer applications for state and federal grants and subgrants;
(1)(c)(iii) maintain an advisory board that is associated with the program to comply with requirements of grants that are associated with the program ;
(1)(c)(iv) assist in the development of new centers;
(1)(c)(v) coordinate services between centers;
(1)(c)(vi) contract with counties and other entities for the provisio
