Text

(1)If a person subject to examination under Section 67-4a-1002 believes the person conducting the examination has made an unreasonable or unauthorized request or is not proceeding expeditiously to complete the examination, the person in a record may request an informal conference with the administrator.
(2)(2)(a) If a person in a record requests an informal conference with the administrator, the administrator shall hold the informal conference not later than 30 days after receiving the request.
(2)(b) For good cause, and after notice in a record to the person requesting an informal conference, the administrator may extend the time for the holding of an informal conference.
(2)(c) The administrator may hold the informal conference in person, by telephone, or by electronic means.
