(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) "Governmental employer" means any department, division, agency, commission, board, council, committee, authority, municipality, county, political subdivision, or any other institution of the state.
(1)(a)(ii) "Governmental employer" does not mean a local education agency or institution of higher education.
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) "Prohibited submission" means a submission, statement, or document that requires an individual to articulate the individual's position, view, contribution, effort, or experience regarding a policy, program, or initiative that promotes differential treatment based on an individual's personal identity characteristics, as that term is defined in Section 53H-1-504.
