Text
(1)(1)(a) The salary for the governor shall be set annually by the Legislature in an appropriations act.
(1)(b) Constitutional office salaries shall be based on the following percentages of the salary of the governor:
(1)(b)(i) lieutenant governor: 90% of the governor's salary;
(1)(b)(ii) attorney general: 95% of the governor's salary;
(1)(b)(iii) state auditor: 90% of the governor's salary; and
(1)(b)(iv) state treasurer: 90% of the governor's salary.
(2)The Legislature fixes benefits for the constitutional offices as follows:
(2)(a) governor:
(2)(a)(i) a vehicle for official and personal use;
(2)(a)(ii) housing;
(2)(a)(iii) household and security staff;
(2)(a)(iv) household expenses;
(2)(a)(v) retirement benefits as provided in Title 49, Utah St
