Text
The executive director may authorize the use of a state vehicle for:
(1)official and commute purposes for a department employee who:
(1)(a) supervises probationers or parolees; or
(1)(b) investigates the criminal activity of inmates, probationers, or parolees; and
(2)off-duty personal use.
