Text

(1)There is created the Revitalization Zone Committee to review the activities of, and advise a local government and project participants in a project area created under this part.
(2)The committee consists of the following members:
(2)(a) two members of the Senate, appointed by the president of the Senate;
(2)(b) two members of the House of Representatives, appointed by the speaker of the House; and
(2)(c) one individual appointed by the governor.
(3)(3)(a) The president of the Senate shall designate a member of the Senate appointed under Subsection (2) as cochair of the committee.
(3)(b) The speaker of the House of Representatives shall designate a member of the House of Representatives appointed under Subsection (2) as cochair of the committee.
