Text
(1)In accordance with rules adopted by the office under Section 63N-2-509, the GOEO board shall establish a separate, independent review committee to provide recommendations to the office regarding the terms and conditions of an agreement and to consult with the office as provided in this part or in rule.
(2)The review committee shall consist of:
(2)(a) one member appointed by the executive director to represent the office;
(2)(b) two members appointed by the mayor or chief executive of the county in which the qualified hotel is located or proposed to be located;
(2)(c) two members appointed by:
(2)(c)(i) the mayor of the municipality in which the qualified hotel is located or proposed to be located, if the qualified hotel is located or proposed to be located within the boundary of a mun
