§ 63L-13-203 — Natural asset companies prohibited.
Utah·Title 63L Lands·Ch. 63L-13 Restrictions on Foreign Acquisitions of Land Act·Part 63L-13-2 Interests in Land
(1)A natural asset company may not purchase or lease state public lands.
(2)On public lands within the state, a natural asset company may not:
(2)(a) own or manage a conservation lease; or
(2)(b) purchase or lease ecosystem services.
