Text
(1)The executive director and the office shall:
(1)(a) comply with the procedures and requirements of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act;
(1)(b) under the direct supervision of the governor, assist the governor in the preparation of the governor's budget recommendations;
(1)(c) review agency budget execution plans as specified in Section 63J-1-209;
(1)(d) establish benchmarking practices for measuring operational costs, quality of service, and effectiveness across all state agencies and programs;
(1)(e) assist agencies with the development of an operational plan that uses continuous improvement tools and operational metrics to increase statewide capacity and improve interagency integration;
(1)(f) review and assess agency budget requests and expenditures using a clear set of
