(1)(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) The trustees shall appoint a president who is the chief executive officer of the corporation.
(1)(a)(ii) The president:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) may not be a trustee of the corporation;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) serves at the pleasure of the trustees; and
(1)(a)(ii)(C) shall receive compensation as set by the trustees.
(1)(b) The president, who shall also be the secretary-treasurer, shall:
(1)(b)(i) establish bank accounts and other monetary investments in the name of the corporation; and
(1)(b)(ii) administer, manage, and direct the affairs and activities of the corporation in accordance with the policies, control, and direction of the trustees.
(1)(c) The president shall approve all accounts for salaries, allowable expenses of the corporation, or of any corporation employee or consultant,
