Text

(1)There is established the public safety advisory committee composed of 15 members as described in Subsections (2) and (3).
(2)The board shall appoint members to the public safety advisory committee as follows:
(2)(a) one representative from an association that represents fire chiefs in the state;
(2)(b) one representative from an association that represents police chiefs in the state;
(2)(c) one representative from an association that represents sheriffs in the state;
(2)(d) one representative from an association that represents emergency medical service personnel in the state;
(2)(e) one member of law enforcement from a county of the first or second class;
(2)(f) one member of law enforcement from a county of the third or fourth class;
(2)(g) one member of law enforcement from a coun
