Text
(1)This chapter establishes the Utah Communications Authority as an independent state agency.
(2)The Utah Communications Authority shall:
(2)(a) provide administrative and financial support for statewide 911 emergency services; and
(2)(b) establish and maintain a statewide public safety communications network for all state, city, county, and local governmental entities.
