Text

(1)The authority shall operate and maintain a scenic and historic railroad in and around the Heber Valley.
(2)The authority has perpetual succession as a body politic and corporate and may:
(2)(a) adopt, amend, and repeal rules, policies, and procedures for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business;
(2)(b) sue and be sued in its own name;
(2)(c) maintain an office at a place within this state it designates;
(2)(d) adopt, amend, and repeal bylaws and rules, not inconsistent with this chapter, to carry into effect the powers and purposes of the authority and the conduct of its business;
(2)(e) purchase, lease, sell, and otherwise dispose of property and rights-of-way;
(2)(f) employ experts and other professionals it considers necessary;
(2)(g) employ and retain indepen
