Text

(1)There is created an independent state agency and a body politic and corporate known as the "Heber Valley Historic Railroad Authority."
(2)The authority is composed of eight members as follows:
(2)(a) one member of the county legislative body of Wasatch County;
(2)(b) the mayor of Heber City;
(2)(c) the mayor of Midway;
(2)(d) the executive director of the Department of Transportation or the executive director's designee;
(2)(e) the director of the Division of State Parks, or the director's designee; and
(2)(f) three public members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, being private citizens of the state, as follows:
