Utah Code Ann. § 63G-6a-604 (2026).
Text
(1)A procurement unit:
(1)(a) shall accept bids as provided in the invitation for bids; and
(1)(b) may not open a bid until after the deadline for submitting bids.
(2)A person who submits a bid may not, after the deadline for submitting bids, make a change to the bid if the change is prejudicial to:
(2)(a) the interest of the procurement unit; or
(2)(b) fair competition.
